At Sense Dome, we want you to have a good shopping experience. We recommend that you carefully read through our terms and conditions below for important information.
Right of withdrawal
Sense Dome wants you to feel confident in your purchase, so we offer a customer satisfaction guarantee for 30 days from the time you receive your dome. This means that if you are not satisfied and decide to return your dome, we will refund the cost of the product.
Warranty and right of complaint
Our domes are sold with a 2-year warranty.
We apply the Consumer Purchase Act, which gives you the right to complain about a product within 3 years. The prerequisite is that you must be able to prove that the product was defective at the time of purchase. If you want to complain about your product, you can do this by contacting customer service. Contact details can be found under the "Contact" tab.
Freight
Shipping is added to the purchase of our products.
Handling fees
We do not apply handling fees.
Price and product information
We always strive to present our products as accurately and realistically as possible on our website, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will reproduce the color and size exactly. Images should be viewed as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance and characteristics of the item.
In the event of any inaccuracies in stock status or pricing, Sense Dome reserves the right to cancel the purchase agreement. If an item has been discontinued or is otherwise unavailable, Sense Dome is not obliged to provide the item, but may instead propose an alternative item.
Prices quoted on www.sensedome.com are inclusive of value added tax (VAT). Special charges may apply for invoicing, for orders with additional services and for undelivered packages.
All our prices are in SEK and include VAT at a rate of 25%.
Environmental and production policy
At Sense Dome, we are committed to protecting our nature and improving working conditions for people. It is therefore a high priority for us that our products are made of environmentally friendly materials and our domes are also fully recyclable.
Consumer protection
The general terms and conditions of purchase apply to all purchase agreements that you as a customer enter into with Sense Dome. In order to protect your rights, the provisions of the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990: 932), the Distance and Home Sales Act (SFS 2005: 59) and the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998: 204) are applied to all purchases on our website www.sensedome.com and its underlying domains.

We treat personal data confidentially and use it only for credit assessment and contacts with you as a customer. We only store personal data for as long as necessary, after which all personal data is deleted. We follow the guidelines of the GDPR.
